The hotel rooms were quite small for a five-star establishment but had an amazing design, including a cool bath. The service from the front desk and beach restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location swiftly managed all our requests, being close to restaurants by car and boasting an amazing beach. However, the dining experience required confirmation for everyday dining to enjoy a discount, with prices slightly higher than expected. The facilities overall were good.
The hotel has a cool bath and amazing rooms, but the noise from under the restaurant was a bit bothersome. The service was outstanding with wonderful, friendly staff always ready to help. The location is right on the beach, managing all requests swiftly, although the rooms are somewhat plain after the hotel redesign. The dining was good, but slightly overpriced compared to details on booking.
